E-mini Nasdaq-100 (NQ) The NQ has shown strong pre-market momentum, trading near 25,150 with a notable gap higher.

Following a massive move on Tuesday’s RTH off of the lows sub-24000 for the June NQ Contract, we saw continued buying into the extended trading hours session.  This buying was then pushed further in the overnight session by news of a US/Iran Ceasefire via President Trump on social media.  It was also revealed that the Straight of Hormuz would be open during the ceasefire. The oversized move resulting from this news has pushed the Nasdaq into levels we haven’t seen in many trading days.  During the overnight session the move higher rarely ran out of steam trended higher the majority of the overnight session.
